We serve families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the Chester County area. Families that we partner with benefit from a network of Christian faith volunteers, rental assistance, and intensive case management as they work to achieve long term stability.

Nayr’s Story
Nayr’s life had hit a dead end. Despite a full-time job, she was stuck, living out of their car with no prospects of improvement save one: Bridge of Hope. Participation would require her to let down her guard and trust others, she knew. Would Nayr, who prided herself for her independence, be able to open up and accept help?

Bridge of Hope, and our friendship with Donna, changed my husband and I. It gave us a way to live out our faith. We began to see things in a new way. We went on to do foster care and so our Bridge of Hope experience even shaped our family today.
