Growth and hope and needs! Oh my!

Bridge of Hope Chester County has served eight families already this year! Eight families are working to find better jobs through training or education. Eight families are building positive relationships and resilience, and transforming their lives. Our goal is to end homelessness for a total of 12 families by March 31, 2022, the end of our fiscal year. To reach this goal, we plan to hire a part-time case manager by January.
